Same rhythm, every week.

1. 1 — Study

   Watch a great comic have a bad night.

   Watch on purpose. Specific comedians, specific reason.

2. 2 — Deconstruct

   Identify what they changed mid-set and whether it worked.

   Isolate one mechanism. Name it before you use it.

3. 3 — Write

   A Bomb Autopsy template: room, order, energy, material, choices, one fix.

   10–25 premises minimum. Quantity buys quality.

4. 4 — Perform

   Go somewhere hard on purpose.

   Somewhere live. The classroom is useful; the audience is the laboratory.

5. 5 — Review

   Complete the autopsy within 24 hours. No self-flagellation, just findings.

   Watch the tape. Log what the room did, not what you felt.
