Terms of use
Short version: you own your jokes, we own the system, nobody promises you a Netflix special.
Last updated: 3 September 2026.
Acceptance
By using FUNNYAF you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Membership and billing
- Membership is $15 per month or $100 per year. A lifetime option is also offered.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancel any time — access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Plan changes are prorated through the billing portal.
Who owns what
- You own your material. Premises, jokes, sets and recordings you create stay yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store and display them back to you.
- We own the system. The course, encyclopedia, frameworks, genome model, drills, engine prompts and site design are our intellectual property. Use them to get funnier, not to launch a competing school.
AI output
Generated material is a starting point, not a finished bit. It can be wrong, unoriginal or coincidentally similar to something that already exists. You are responsible for what you perform and publish. Check your material before taking it on stage.
Acceptable use
- No harassment, threats, or targeting real people with material intended to harm.
- No scraping, reselling or bulk-extracting course, encyclopedia or Atlas content.
- No sharing your account. One human per membership.
Third-party content
Study clips link to third-party platforms and remain the property of their owners. We link for study and commentary; we do not host or licence them.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee laughs, bookings, career outcomes or uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may close your account at any time.
